Recital Volunteers 2016

How To Volunteer

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the studio. We will need to know which show(s) you can help in. Please also mention any restrictions you have on what you would be willing or able to do. Please note: if five people from the same class volunteer with the restriction that they only wish to be with their child’s class, we may be able to only pick one person to help.

We always need more help, we will never have too many volunteers - Contact the studio if you are able to help.

The recital is an exciting time for the students. If you have any questions about the performance, dates, costumes, or whatever, please call us; we are there for you.

Volunteering for the Performance

We need approximately 15 volunteers per performance.

There are two shows. Parents can either help out in the Matinee show, or the Evening show

Thank You!!

Thanks again to our volunteers! We could not put on our two fabulous Recital shows without the help of our many volunteers. The Recital is an exciting time for the students. If you have any questions or concerns about volunteering, or anything else, please call us; we are there for you.

Information & Documents for Volunteers

Thank you for volunteering to help at our Recital! We could not put on our two fabulous shows without the help of our many volunteer parents and senior dancers!

Please find the job you will be doing below, and make sure you have all of the listed documents marked with "*" to bring them to the college with you when you volunteer. They will provide the information you need to do the job. In some cases we may not have the document ready yet; in this case we will have it for you at the college before the show. We have also listed additional documents you may find helpful to read, especially if you are doing the job for the first time. They do not need to be brought.

Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions you may have.

Thank you!!!
